§ Miss. Code § 23-15-61Appeal by person denied registration

Any person denied the right to register as a voter may appeal from the decision of the registrar
to the board of election commissioners by filing with the registrar, on the same day of such
denial or within five (5) days thereafter, a written application for appeal.
