Determination of election in which city or county is entitled to separate
representation in legislature.
When a city or part of a county is entitled to separate representation in the Legislature, the
commissioners of election shall prepare for the election, and shall receive and canvass the
returns, declare the result, and transmit it to the Secretary of State, and act in all respects as in
other elections.
