Compilation and dissemination of list of candidates failing to meet filing requirements. The Secretary of State shall compile a list of all candidates for the Legislature or any statewide office who fail to file a campaign disclosure report by the dates specified in Section 23-15-807(b); the list shall be disseminated to the members of the Mississippi Press Association within two (2) working days after such reports are due and made available to the public.
