§ Miss. Code § 23-15-1035Qualifications of representatives in Congress

Each congressional district shall be entitled to one (1) representative, who shall have attained
the age of twenty-five (25) years, and been seven (7) years a citizen of the United States, and
who shall, when elected, be an inhabitant of this state.
