§ N.H. Rev. Stat. § 652:16-bUOCAVA Voters.

"UOCAVA voters" shall mean absent uniformed services voters, absent voters temporarily residing outside the United States, and federal ballot only voters domiciled outside the United States as described in RSA 654:3.
