§ Conn. Gen. Stat. § 9-370Submission of local questions at elections.

Any provision of any special act to the contrary notwithstanding, no local question approved for submission to the electors of a municipality within the period of sixty days prior to an election as defined in section 9-1 may be voted upon at such election unless otherwise specifically provided by the general statutes. (1959, P.A. 156, S. 1; 1961, P.A. 396.) History: 1961 act increased time limitation from 35 to 60 days prior to an election.
