The secretary of state shall prescribe the form, and distribute to the clerks responsible for the respective elections a supply of the following official envelopes: The official inner ballot envelope for use in sealing and returning the completed absentee ballot; The official outer envelope for use by the clerk in distributing absentee ballot materials. Repealed by Laws 1991, ch. 243, § 5.
