Ausschluss vom Stimmrecht Als vom Stimmrecht ausgeschlossene Entmündigte im Sinne von Artikel 136 Absatz 1 BV gelten Personen, die wegen dauernder Urteilsunfähigkeit unter umfassender Beistandschaft stehen oder durch eine vorsorgebeauftragte Person vertreten werden.
