Nachrücken Scheidet ein Mitglied des Nationalrates vor Ablauf der Amtsdauer aus, so erklärt die Kantonsregierung den ersten Ersatzmann von der gleichen Liste als gewählt. Kann oder will ein Ersatzmann das Amt nicht antreten, so rückt der nachfolgende an seine Stelle.
