Sec. 67.
     Domestic animals or fowl on cemetery grounds, landing fields and airports—Any owner or
 keeper of any domestic animal or fowl, who shall allow any domestic animal or fowl to run at
 large and enter or be upon any premises constituting a cemetery, landing field or airport in this
 state, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
