 Sec. 221.
   A person shall not falsely represent himself or herself as blind, deaf, deafblind, or hard of
 hearing or as a person who has a disability for the purpose of obtaining money or anything of
 value. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by
 imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.
